The Alpinestars Race V3 balaclava is very light, thin and soft thanks to technology based on Formula 1 and combined with Alpinestars fire retardant, integrating elastane fiber for greater elasticity and a high level of comfort.

Additionally, the stretch construction allows the balaclava to comply with the new FIA 8856-201 homologation standard.

With Lenzing FR® material, a natural viscose fiber, it allows exclusive thermal insulation.

This balaclava also has an opening at mouth level for easy access to the hydration system tube.
